- You do not have Flash installed in your desktop/laptop&lt;br /&gt;

                                      Better yet, pour some gels (or get some undergrad to do it for you) and try those out and see if you still have the same problem.</description>

                                      eh, done that before and always got crappy blots.  If your sample is precious, you could do a fluorescent western blot (given you have an imager).</description>

It can be lots of different things - I would make up fresh gels with fresh reagents as your first point of call!</description>

                                      We always cast our gels all in the same day too, and never have any issue doing this way&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Not sure why this may be happening, but your resolving gel may be drying out a little, leaving an uneven surface for your stacking gel?</description>

                                      I've never worked with big proteins, but i've a good experience with smalls, and if you wanna use a semi-dry system i'd recommend to try a discontinuous buffer&lt;br /&gt;

                                      We had the same issue in our lab and it constantly leaked; Bio-Rad didn't have any solutions for the issue - good luck!</description>

                                      So last week, Nature announced that the NIH will no longer be allowing proposal submissions for a third time. Researchers can still do an initial submission, and then one, ,but not a second.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
What do people think?&lt;br /&gt;

It sort of worries me, my lab has an R01 that we've already had to submit a second time, and we haven't heard back.  It is the biggest grant of the lab too.</description>
